Responsibilities:

Evaluate existing content, publishing schedules, and market strategies to optimize engagement
Identify high-performing content, fill gaps, and improve content feeds for better user experience
Craft and implement content strategies that align with user journeys and business goals
Identify trends in thumbnails, previews, and content performance to automate the selection of high-impact visuals
Work closely with developers and data team to optimize RecSys and improve content recommendations by analyzing user behavior
Contribute to SLR communities, staying connected with audience preferences and industry trends

Your profile:

Experience in content, platform operations, marketing or similar
Strong analytical mindset to identify trends and optimize content performance
Knowledge of RecSys, content feeds, and platform optimization
Ability to turn data insights into actionable content strategies that drive engagement
Proactive and strategic thinker, willing to understand what sells, what engages, and what scales
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally
Passion for immersive tech, high-performance content, and industry trends
