Everything Connects with WebXR: Major Update

WebXR is the way to connect your interactive sex toy and watch SLR videos universally, whether that's on your smartphone, your Meta Quest 3, or a web browser. It is the unified API that makes everything work seamlessly from the start.
Huge Update: Full WebXR Support is now live!
We have fully integrated SexLikeReal with WebXR in browser. That means you can enjoy SLR directly in the browser of your headset-- no additional apps required! This makes SLR even easier to access across all platforms, for all users, including Apple Vision Pro!
How does it work? Fortunately it's incredibly simple and almost entirely automatic. Depending on your device, you may need to activate it a certain way, but it's a straightforward process across the board.
Meta Quest Browser
You will be prompted to allow a VR experience when you navigate to SexLikeReal.com in browser. Simply choose to allow it. You'll soon be sitting in front of the familiar SLR user interface directly in the browser. When opening a video, you might need to press the "watch in VR" button, but videos will typically launch in VR automatically.
Apple Vision Pro
Vision Pro users will not need to click the "watch in VR" button. Based on our testing, this button does not have any effect on the Vision Pro. Instead, you will see a small VR headset icon on the lower portion of the video player. Clicking this button will make the video play in VR format. This screenshot shows what you're looking for:
What is WebXR?
WebXR is an API that allows web content and apps to work smoothly with mixed-reality hardware such as VR headsets. It enables everyone to access SLR on the web on any device. As long as you have a premium subscription, you're able to enjoy the benefits no matter where you are or what hardware you have, without restrictions.
Interactive sex toys
WebXR allows us to provide the same level of service for haptics and interactive sex toy scripts for any use case. Whether you're using PCVR, Meta Quest 3, a laptop, or a smartphone, connecting to SLR and loading scripts works exactly the same. It's a totally unified and streamlined process. No matter where you choose to watch, it works.
How to connect
Handy Wi-Fi
Handy connection over Wi-Fi is available on all browsers, including laptop, PC and smartphone. Follow the instructions below, or check out our more detailed guide.
- Make sure your Handy Key inserted in the relevant field in your profile.
- After opening a video, go to settings and choose an available script. The Handy will connect automatically.
- A color-coded status indicator is visible at the lower left-hand corner. Red: connection problem, Grey: connection in progress, Green: connection active.
- When changing scripts, a reconnection occurs. The system needs a few seconds to reconnect.
Bluetooth
Supported BT devices: Handy, Kiiro Keon, Kiiro Launch, Kiiro Onyx, Vorze Cyclone SA, Vorze Piston SA
- Enable Bluetooth on your device.
- After opening a video, click connect and a prompt will open showing all available BT devices. Choose your device.
- A green status indication light will show a successful connection (status colors are the same as Wi-Fi).
- A script histogram will be visible on the status field, which also indicates that the script has loaded.
- Choose a script. Once the video is playing the script will play too.
- If you open a new video, you will need to reconnect device again following this process.
Note: Bluetooth connection only works on Chrome, regardless of device.
Passthrough anywhere
Another great advantage of the WebXR standard is its support for Passthrough and Mixed Reality. The predecessor to WebXR (WebVR) was not able to process this modern feature, which uses cameras to overlay the virtual world with the real world around you. The benefits of Passthrough have become widely popular for many reasons ranging from comfort and ease-of-use to experimental new Mixed-Reality apps. For us, this has led us head-first into developing the most sophisticated Passthrough AR porn ever made. WebXR makes it easy for us to support Passthrough across all devices, which means you can watch Passthrough videos on your smartphone or your headset, all with sex toy scripts, wherever and whenever you want.
